13th May 2008 The Shoreham Cub singles darts competition is planned for the 20th June, the entry form is on the board and the event is held over one night. If last years event is anything to go by it will be one of the best nights of the year. So get practising.
12th May 2008 The second poker night will be held on the 13th June (19:30 to 20:00 start), this event was enjoyed by all that attended and is expected to be very popular on the next night. To avoid dissapointment please enter your name on the board as soon as possible as there are a maximum of 24 places available. G.Cooper came through as the clear winner on the first night and will take some beating.
12th May 2008 There will be a quiz night in the Club on the 31st May. Please come along and support the event, and bring along partners for what surely will be a great night.
11th May 2008 Saturday 10th May saw the first snooker challenge night with members attempting to overturn (with a healthy handicap start) the Club's number one player Simon Dent. Out of the eight members participating the honours were shared fairly evenly. The next challenge night will be held on the 7th June, if you would like to enter yourself please place your name on the form on the board in the Club.
7th May 2008 The Club's social calender has been hung in the club, giving details of the forthcoming events. Poker, quiz nights, darts, as well as snooker challenge and flyer nights.

Thank you to everybody that participated in the club’s doubles darts competition on Friday 22nd Feb, a great night was had by all.  Some of the highlights of the evening were witnessing a number of 100+ throws with the joint top score for the evening being G.Ettridge and M.Fickweiler 140’s. Highest finish for the evening was a very impressive 100 by N.Minter, unfortunately the lowest score accolade goes to M.Wakefield for his 5!!!!
Congratulations to the winners, J.Paine and M.Christie who pipped T.Gray and C.Crees to the winning post.

24th January 2008 The Shoreham Club doubles darts competition will take place on Friday 22nd February. Entry forms are now on the notice board. Please add your name and your partners name to the sheet. Open to all members.
22nd January 2008 Shoreham Club "Clubbers" golfing social day to be held at Hassocks Golf Club on friday 14th March 2008. Arrive at 7am, coffee and bacon roll on arrival, 18 holes of golf. Costs per day £30 per golfer.

Shoreham Club "Clubbers" golfing social day to be held at Chichester Golf Club on Friday 16th May 2008. Arrive at 7.45 and activities will include 12 holes of golf on tower course, coffee and bacon sandwiches, 18 holes of golf on tower course and a two course evening meal.

Cost for the day: £45 per golfer (max of 24 allowed), payment to P.Lambert. Please add your name to the social board if interested.

Shoreham Club "Clubbers" Annual Autumn Challenge, held at Wildwood Golfcourse: 9 hole Texas scramble was won by Scott Carden, Neil Ellis, Tony Burnett and Jamie Ash. The 18 hole Stapleford competition was won by Steve Baugh, joint 2nd place held between Paul Mayes, Charlie Allnut and Alan Platt. Wooden spoon proudly won by Dave Hatcher!!
